Kevin Keyser has over 20 years of property sales and management experience, and has represented buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles. As a licensed Broker, (as opposed to a "salesperson") Kevin is licensed to hire, train, and manage agents and run his own company in California.  Recent notable sales by Kevin include one of the most critically-acclaimed Mid-Century architectural homes in Beverly Hills (2257 Betty Lane- sold $300,000 above asking with multiple offers), the sale of Ronald Reagan's former home in the Hollywood Hills, and one of the highest prices per square foot ever in Laurel Canyon.

Kevin lives in the Hollywood Hills, and specializes in Nichols Canyon and Laurel Canyon, as well as Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Studio City, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and all of Greater Los Angeles. With a true love for architecture, he has also helped clients with homes designed by such notable architects and architecture firms as Buff & Hensman, Edward Fickett, Marmol Radziner, Frank Gehry, Frank Israel, Richard Dorman, and the only known Morris Levine-designed home in Los Angeles. Kevin also has extensive experience in top-to-bottom remodeling, with 11 full remodels completed, and can give detailed design and construction advice to clients.

A licensed California Real Estate Broker, Kevin has always had a passion for real estate. After graduating from Georgetown University Kevin was in charge of public relations for Habitat for Humanity, which builds affordable housing for low-income families. Public relations led to work in television news, and while working with NBC News in Los Angeles, Kevin began buying and remodeling investment properties. His skills in marketing and negotiating ensure that his clients are able to get the widest exposure and the best possible value for their homes. In an age where agents frequently move from company to company, Kevin has been with Sotheby's International Realty since 2005.

Kevin is an active member of The National Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, and the Beverly Hills/ Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. He is also very active with animal welfare organizations, and donates a portion of income from every real estate sale to the Best Friends Animal Society, No Kill LA, The Amanda Foundation, Ace of Hearts, California German Shorthair Pointer Rescue, and Persian Cat Rescue. Kevin is also an avid distance runner and enjoys spending quality time on trail runs with his dogs!
